Booked vacation a month out for end of July-beginning Aug and were excited to find this "gem" for a good price. Arrived after 10pm on check-in day, everything seemed good. Great location, nice patio, friendly staff. Bed was super comfy. Started noticing little things - part of toilet paper holder was missing, sink leaked, no remote for tv, 2inch gap under hallway door, no mini fridge, no ice machine, closet with no hangers, no iron, no hairdryer. We were still pretty excited and dont considering those deal breakers. Day 2-woke up at 5:30am looking into the face of the sun...no curtains, only thin blinds, still doing ok. After going to the beach, came up to shower and the hot water tap just spun and spun, no water. Went to front desk, said they are fixing the hot pipes and should be back on in 15-30 min, staff seemed irritated. We came up to the room and tried the water again, now the cold isnt working either. Left both taps on and waited about 20 minutes till both came on. Showered with an ever changing variety of Hot-cool-cold-cool-warm-cold-hot water ( every shower the entire trip). We're getting a little annoyed, staff also stopped acknowledging us walking by. Day 3-realize there is still no maid, there will never be one and we are living in filth with one tiny overflowing garbage can that will never be changed. Day 4-Ask desk for TV remote, they hand us one that should work...a GE brand for a Vizio tv..nope. Day 5-Final straw family showed up slamming doors all night..
